  How is a Hotel going to benefit from this partnership?  
  The growth in the Hospitality sector is very well documented. By adding spa services, this will only add value to the Hospitality properties. Spa-Nique™ offers spa services far below any other Hotel Spa and at the same cost of the leading franchise in the country. People who find spa services on the web thru Spa-Nique™ may be interested in turning the spa services into a getaway of relaxation at the Hotel.  Customizing and creating Hotel Guest Room/Spa packages are key.  Spa-Nique™ focuses on 4 packages: business traveler, bridal/groups, local getaway and Hospitality rewards. These packages and the ability to offer spa services will create opportunities to book more rooms.  
     
  How does the Hotel or Spa-Nique™ track a guest that books a room/package as a result of the services provided by Spa-Nique?  
  Spa-Nique keeps track of the services and the guests by obtaining detailed information from the guest at the time of scheduling the appointment.  A short survey is also available for the hotel to inquire about how the guest heard about the Hotel and/or the services.  
     
  Why would the Hospitality Group pay Spa-Nique an annual fee to use the Hospitality’s facilities?  
  There is an annual fee of $99 to have Spa-Nique manage the spa services and the service providers for the location so the Hotel does not have to. Spa-Nique offers spa services for the Hotel guests while the Hospitality benefits.   The Hotel can also earn certificate(s) for free one hour Swedish massages which will be discussed with your Account Manager.   Spa-Nique also looks at providing multiple ways to grow the existing relationship including promoting packages and ideas to increase REVpar.  
     
  Spa-Nique offers the Hotel an opportunity to have the Massage Therapists donate 1-2 hours of their time per day to do complimentary chair massage during peak check in times. How will a Hotel benefit from this?  
  Chair Massage was a service that was being paid by the Hotel approximately $200-$250 per month for only one night per week. Currently, Spa-Nique may offer the service daily at no cost to the Hotel. The guests see this as a Hotel perk. When guests are satisfied and see value in a Hotel they will re-book at later dates.  After 10 massages are performed at the location, the Hotel will earn certificate(s) for free one hour Swedish massages.  
     
  How does a Hotel know when a massage is booked at our Hotel?  
  Spa-Nique keeps track of the location and all paid services that are performed. We also provide the Hotel a sign in sheet for the technicians. This is a great tool for the Hotel to see what services are being done in the Hotel as it occurs. Spa-Nique can also provide a Hotel with a report of the services on a monthly basis if requested.  
     
  What current systems/literature are in place for Hotel?  
  Examples include: Chair massage during peak times; marketing and advertising: front desk signage, key cards, spa packages; room directories and more. Spa-Nique can create promotional materials for the Hospitality Group as needed.  
     
  Will Spa-Nique promote the Hotel and the Hotel packages/services on its website?  
  Cross linking the companies will benefit both businesses and will promote the services offered. This leads to a competitive advantage for the Hotel to book more rooms which is the primary objective for every Hotel.
